Fabrics:
Which fabrics can you produce for me?
We can produce solid, print, yarn-dyed, polar fleece, micro-fleece, knit interlock, microsuede, velour, organic cotton, jacquard, and silk. Regardless of narrow or wide width, we can produce all of them for you.
Do you have existing designs for our selection?
Yes, we have hundreds of designs for your selection, including cotton (print, solid), polycotton, and polyester microfiber.
What is the minimum order quantity for the fabric?
For new designs, the minimum order quantity is 1500m for solid, 4000m for rotary print, and 5000m for panel print.
Samples:
Can you send me a sample to evaluate the quality?
Yes, we can send a sample to you to showcase our design and quality. However, please cover the sample cost and freight charges before placing the first order.
Can you make a sample as required?
Yes, we can do appliqué, embroidery, patchwork, and quilting per your requirements.
Order:
What are the minimums for the order?
Different fabrics have different minimum order quantities (MOQs). If you select from our existing patterns, the MOQ is very small.
How long is the lead time for mass production?
The lead time depends on the order quantity and fabrics. Usually, the lead time for fabrics is 15-30 days.
After finishing all fabrics, we will proceed with cutting, sewing, appliqué and embroidery, and packing.
Payment:
Can you advise on the terms of payment?
We accept irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
