2.Sample presentation
Based on your requirements, we can provide a range of fabrics for your selection and send swatches for you to check the texture and feel. We can also help you understand different fabric materials and constructions, as well as distinguish between pigment printing and reactive printing.”
3.Design Development
Once you have selected the fabrics, you can decide to do solid or print designs.
For solid colors, we will make lab dips for color approval.
For printed design, we can make strike offs or digital sample for effect and color approval.
4.Color approval, material selection and sample process
After the lab dips and strike-offs are approved, we will arrange the production of pre-production samples.We will also prepare the care labels, packaging materials, and photos for the inserts.All these materials will remain the same for the bulk orders.
5.Order confirmed, production process started
Now that the order is confirmed, we’ve officially started the production process. We’re finalizing the order quantities, organizing the timeline, and setting up strict quality control standards to make sure everything runs smoothly and the final products meet your expectations, delivered right on time.
6.Manufacturing & Quality Control
We will arrange the production of greige fabric. After the greige fabric is completed, it will be sent to the printing and dyeing mill for printing or dyeing. When the fabric is finished, we will arrange cutting, sewing, and packaging, while preparing all accessories in advance. Finally, the products will be packed into cartons. We will continuously monitor the entire process to ensure everything meets your quality requirements.
7.Delivery and support
After production is completed, we will choose the most economical shipping method based on the volume and weight of the goods, whether it’s express delivery or sea freight. We ensure that the goods reach your warehouse in the safest, most economical, and fastest way possible.
