How do we manufacture your bed sheets?Here is a complete example of our process:
1.Bamboo Viscose Fabric Sample Presentation
We offer fabric options from 230T to 300T, with both twill and sateen weaves. Various fabric constructions are available in 300T.
2.Lab-dip Development
Next, we develop multiple lab-dips (A, B, C, D) for each color to ensure perfect color matching.
3.Order Confirmation
Once lab-dips and samples are approved, we process orders and finalize specifications, including fabric construction, making method, sizes, quantities, and packaging.
4.Bulk fabric production
Starting with greige fabric weaving through dyeing, we ensure quality standards through testing of shrinkage, color fastness, and tensile strength.
5.Pre-production Sample
With bulk fabrics ready, we prepare complete samples including care labels, woven labels, and PVC packaging inserts. These samples match exactly what you’ll receive in bulk production.
6.Bulk production
After pre-production sample approval, we proceed with cutting, sewing, and packaging.
7.Quality control
Throughout production, we maintain strict quality control and provide test reports in ITS.
8.Ready goods for shipping
Finally, after inspection and packing, we arrange sea shipping.
