1.Bamboo Viscose Fabric Sample Presentation
We offer a wide range of fabric options from 230T to 300T, featuring both twill and sateen weaves. Different fabric constructions are available in 300T.
2.Lab-dip Development
We develop lab-dips with multiple options (A, B, C, D) for each color to ensure perfect color matching according to customer requirements.
3.Order Confirmation
Official orders are processed after lab-dip approval and sample confirmation. This includes finalizing all specifications: fabric construction, making method, sizes, quantities, and packaging requirements.
4.Bulk fabric production
We start from greige fabric weaving to dyeing with precise treatment processes. All batches are tested to ensure quality standards, including shrinkage control, color fastness, tensile strength and other parameters.
5.Pre-production Sample
When bulk fabrics are ready, we prepare complete pre-production samples with all components – care labels, woven labels, PVC packaging inserts. These samples match exactly what you’ll receive in bulk production.
6.Bulk production
After pre-production sample approval, we proceed with bulk cutting, sewing and packaging.
7.Quality control
We have strict quality control during the whole production progress and we will do test report for our products.
8.Ready goods for shipping
After all products are checked and packed, the goods will be ready to ship to customers by sea
